Direct integrations
HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Shopify, and Notion connect directly — no Zendesk or Twilio in between.
CRM
- HubSpot — authorize via OAuth from Settings. Once connected, contact and stage updates sync as prospects move through the pipeline.
- Salesforce — connects the same way, syncing contact and stage updates.
Everything else
- Slack — for alerts and notifications.
- Shopify — for order, inventory, and customer context.
- Notion — for logging notes and summaries.
