Usage Policy

SmartOps Copilot is designed to help businesses, agencies, and sales professionals automate and improve their sales follow-up operations. The platform may be used to manage leads, send personalised follow-up messages, track sequences, and integrate with connected tools — all within the bounds of this policy and applicable law.

You may not use SmartOps Copilot to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messages that violate anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
• Harass, threaten, or send abusive or discriminatory content to any individual or group.
• Impersonate another person, company, or brand without explicit authorisation.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to deceive or cause harm.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data from third-party sources without a lawful basis.
• Use the platform to conduct illegal activities or violate the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of SmartOps Copilot.
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to SmartOps Copilot without prior written consent from Parallax Horizon AI.
• Overload, stress-test, or attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure or availability.
• Bypass or circumvent any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms.

SmartOps Copilot connects to your Gmail account to send outreach on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring all outreach you send through the platform complies with applicable email laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes:

• Honouring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Including accurate sender information in all emails.
• Not sending to purchased, scraped, or illegitimately obtained contact lists.
• Ensuring your outreach is relevant and targeted — not mass broadcast spam.

Parallax Horizon AI reserves the right to suspend accounts that generate abnormally high bounce rates, spam complaints, or unsubscribe rates, as these signal potential policy violations.

SmartOps Copilot uses AI to generate outreach drafts, summaries, and suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent or published. You must not use AI-generated content to:

• Make false or misleading claims about your product, company, or qualifications.
• Generate discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content.
• Manipulate or deceive recipients in ways that damage their interests.

You are responsible for the data you upload to SmartOps Copilot, including prospect lists, company information, and knowledge base content. You confirm that you have the right to use and process this data, and that doing so does not violate any applicable privacy laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorised individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at legal@parallaxhorizon.com.

We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

• Issue a warning and request corrective action.
• Temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• Permanently terminate your account without refund.
• Report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SmartOps Copilot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
