Getting Started

Choosing the right agent for your team

Most teams start with one agent and add the others later. Here's how to tell which one solves your problem first.

Start with Support Agent if…

Customers are asking you the same questions repeatedly — over chat, email, or your help center — and your team is spending time answering things that are already written down somewhere. The Support Agent answers from a knowledge base you control and escalates what it can’t handle, with full context attached.

Start with Sales Agent if…

You have leads or prospects who need a first-touch message and consistent follow-up, and your team doesn’t have time to write and send every one manually. The Sales Agent runs outreach sequences across email, WhatsApp, and SMS, and sends a booking link the moment a lead is ready to meet.

Start with Operations Agent if…

Your bottleneck is internal — moving data between systems, generating reports, or routing approvals — rather than customer-facing. The Operations Agent is designed for exactly this, and is available as a demo today so you can see how it’s built to work before it’s fully live.

You don't have to choose just one

Every account gets all three agents. Most teams set up the one solving their most urgent problem first, then come back for the others once that one’s running smoothly. See What is SmartOps Copilot? for the full picture.
