Managing your account
Update your profile, sign out, or delete your account from Settings → Account.
Updating your profile
If you signed up with Google, your name and photo are managed through your Google account. If you signed up with email, you can update your display name directly from Settings → Account.
Signing out
Use the Sign out button under Account — it signs you out of your SmartOps session on this device.
Deleting your account
Under Danger Zone, click Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — prospects, campaigns, emails, AI knowledge, and integrations. This can’t be undone.
What gets deleted
- All prospects and campaign data
- Sent and drafted messages
- AI Knowledge and knowledge base content
- Connected integrations
